Abstract
The purpose of the work is to study the link between the blood parameters of a human U ={s1, s2, s3,… sp} and the specific parameters of a V ={v1, v1, v2, v3,…. inframicrobial pathogen without capacity of self-reproduction, multiplied by a parasitic cell (in particular, Covid-2019), respectively, the crowd of contaminated C ={c1, c2, c3,…. cq}, using algebra and matrix analysis (with applications to composition of matrix functions) in vector spaces of finite size.
Although natural phenomena (nature) are rarely linear, the linear method of approximation and linear approximation schemes is a particularly effective mathematical tool for study in numerous cases and leads to more than satisfactory results.
Stage 1. Building (from a bio-medical point of view), including blood type, of a standard healthy human blood matrix (Mssu) and a string of contaminated persons {nMsuc} n≥ 1 to assess its “interaction” with a standard virus matrix (Msv), which is basically possible because state hospitals and clinics (but also private) have an important blood test database (even if they are only more or less updated).
Stage 2. The study of the “interaction” of the matrix (Mssu) with (Msv), respectively, with the matrix string {Msuc} and assessing the probability of contamination of a human with the virus (Msv), to separate the asymptomatic crowd from the rest of the population.
Stage 3. Assessment of matrix function composition (Mssu) and {nMsuc} n≥ 1 for contaminated and (Msv), in order to reach conclusions on human blood parameters (corresponding to the Mssu matrix spectrum), which should be modified , in order to increase resistance to the virus.
The convenient choice of human blood parameters, the dimensions of Mssu matrix, {nMsuc} n≥ 1 ” Msv and the base of the associated vector space, would allow us to state that if their multiplication results in the unit matrix (In), then the human subject is contaminated with virus (or the likelihood of contaminated is very high).
On the contrary, if their composition differs from the unit matrix, then the individual has a low probability of contamination and is very likely an asymptomatic.
Stage 4. The Mssu matrix spectrum (generated by its own values) would allow an effective vaccine against the virus and resistant over time
The model could also be applied to coronavirus dissease COVID-2019, triggered by the SARS-CoV-2 virus (Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2).
Author’s note
To develop the model, I will use my own recent blood tests (from the last two years, 2019 and 2020 respectively) of high reliability, carried out in medical biology laboratories in Paris.
I don’t know if they are complete nor if they are specific, determining, for the model to be created, but I do not have others.
Their results are shown in the Annex
