Les Grandes Écoles de Commerce en France sont des institutions d'élite formant les futurs managers, reconnues pour leur sélectivité post-prépa (via des concours comme la BCE) et leurs excellents classements internationaux, avec des noms comme HEC, ESSEC, ESCP, EMLyon EDHEC (Le top de „5”) ,  et SKEMA figurant constamment en tête, offrant des diplômes de haut niveau en stratégie, finance, marketing et transformation numérique. Elles se distinguent par leur forte employabilité et des salaires de départ élevés, adaptant leurs cursus aux évolutions du monde des affaires.  Les Maths S HEC/ESSEC  (spécifiques pour les concours des écoles de commerce prestigieuses) désignent les épreuves de mathématiques très exigeantes (souvent appelées Maths I ou Approfondies) des concours d'entrée des Grandes Écoles de Commerce (HEC et ESSEC) pour les classes préparatoires ECG (Économique et Commerciale, voie Générale) ou (prépa HEC/ECG) avec une version „approfondie" plus théorique (HEC, ESSEC)et une version „appliquée" plus axée sur la modélisation (EDHEC, EM Lyon). Elles couvrent l'analyse, l'algèbre linéaire, les probabilités, l'optimisation et requièrent une grande rigueur, souvent avec des liens vers la programmation (Python).

L'immigration en France concerne environ 7,7 millions d'immigrés en 2024, soit 11,3 % de la population, principalement originaires d'Afrique et d'Europe, avec des motifs familiaux, économiques et d'asile dominants, encadrée par des politiques d'intégration renforcées (Loi 2024) et des règles strictes (intégration républicaine, maîtrise de la langue), le pays cherchant à gérer les flux tout en intégrant les nouveaux arrivants, notamment via des titres de séjour. Dès ce 1er janvier 2026, les étrangers non européens qui souhaitent s’installer durablement en France devront passer des examens de civisme et de langue pour obtenir un titre de séjour longue durée. Cette exigence découle de la dernière loi sur l’immigration promulguée en janvier 2024. Elle marque un renforcement des conditions d’intégration des étrangers non européens. Les étrangers non européens en situation régulière qui sollicitent une carte de séjour pluriannuelle ou une carte de résident, devront réussir un test civique et prouver leur maîtrise du français. Les étrangers non-européens sont des personnes n'ayant pas la nationalité d'un pays membre de l'Union Européenne (UE), ni d'Islande, de Norvège, du Liechtenstein ou de Suisse, et qui doivent généralement obtenir un visa (court ou long séjour) pour entrer et résider en France, nécessitant des titres de séjour (cartes de séjour, cartes de résident) et des démarches administratives comme le Contrat d'Intégration Républicaine (CIR), avec des conditions spécifiques pour le travail, le logement et les ressources, tout en étant soumis à des règles de séjour irrégulier s'ils ne respectent pas la législation.
